Figurative Sculptures tender - Belfast City

We are looking for an artist or consortium of artists to design, fabricate and install high-quality permanent figurative sculptures of Winifred Carney and Mary Ann McCracken in the grounds of Belfast City Hall.

We will shortlist applications from suitably qualified and experienced artists for the opportunity to tender for this project.

Stage 1 – Pre-qualification stage (selection)

During stage one, we will ask artists to provide evidence of their ability to carry out this type of work, including:

• evidence of previous experience

• ability to project manage and deliver a project of this scale

Stage 2 - Tender submission stage (assessment criteria)

At the second stage, we will ask artists to submit:

• a maquette

• an accompanying design

• a project plan

• an outline budget

• a schedule of works

A maximum budget of £150,000 per sculpture is available for this project.
