Creative Engagement Manager Arts Ekta

The Creative Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing all duties associated ArtsEkta’s creative engagement function with the overarching aim of ensuring excellence in intercultural arts practice across Northern Ireland. The post holder will work collaboratively with other key personnel in ArtsEkta to deliver a range of events and projects in a timely and professional manner and develop and strengthen all stakeholder relationships.

  • Salary: NJC Scale 6 £30,000

  • Location: Glendinning House, 6 Murray Street, Belfast, BT1 6DN.

  • Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week. Reasonable hours outside of this will be required to fulfil the duties of this position. This post is office based. A flexible and hybrid working system is in operation.

  • Leave: 28 days annual leave including bank holidays. The company operates a TOIL system.

  • Pension: An employer pension scheme is operated via NEST
