Creative Programming Officer - Job opportunity
The Creative Programming Officer will coordinate and contribute to development of artistic and cultural programmes for and by d/Deaf, Disabled and Neurodiverse artists and audiences.
University of Atypical (UofA) is undergoing a time of great change and development and we are looking for a team member to take on the role of Creative Programmes Officer to manage our creative work at this exciting time. This role is core funded by The Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
This is a key role that will coordinate and contribute our artistic and cultural programmes for and by d/Deaf Disabled and Neurodiverse artists and audiences. The role will include a key coordination role of the Bounce Arts Festival alongside the Artistic Director; managing our Atypical Gallery exhibition programme; supporting the delivery of our Grants and Awards programmes for Deaf Disabled and Neurodiverse artists; and in the delivery of our wider outreach and development initiatives
We are looking for someone that has a strong track record in cultural programme development, disability arts engagement and who has good experience in programme administration and reporting.
Your role will involve you working closely with the Artistic Director, our Volunteer Coordinator and the Access and Inclusion assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity to help contribute and shape high quality cultural and creative programmes for the d/Deaf, Disabled and Neurodiverse Arts community.
